In accordance with government guidelines, our office is now shut. We closed the office slightly earlier than the official ‘lockdown’ here in the UK, so we had a head start on many companies. We quickly learnt how we could best collaborate with colleagues and effectively communicate with customers.

The best way to get in contact at the moment is via email. We are all working remotely and still able to take queries and orders. Indeed, with things slowing down a little we are finding that we are receiving plenty of questions. and have meetings via Microsoft Teams. You don’t need to have installed Microsoft Teams, just let us know what you’d like to discuss and we will send you a link to a video/audio meeting.
How We’ve Helped Customers
Dr. Jordan Thompson, our Service Engineer, has been able to remotely install the latest version MultiVu on Quantum Design MPMS3 Systems that are still running. Incidentally, if you are a Quantum Design product owner, now is the time to get any remote work done, as we are anticipating high demand for field service when we resume normal business.
Partners Update
Some of our partners have closed or halted production temporarily, but many are still up and running as their work is deemed essential. So please do get in touch with any queries and we can let you know current status of products, on a case-by-case basis.
