Moxtek Analog X-ray Sources are used primarily for XRF applications. Our small, ultra light-weight designs make these especially useful in handheld applications.

Benchtop Tubes
Pictured is the HPC150 with the VJ X-ray HVG060 Power Supply. The Moxtek® MAGPRO 70kV 12W x-ray source is designed for the portable XRF, XRD and Imaging instruments. Small spot size makes it a good choice for x-ray imaging applications.
High Energy Imaging Applications
And, of course, the 140kV Mox140G high energy tube.

Whilst there are off-the-shelf X-ray sources available, with default windows and target materials, as shown in the below tables, all of these sources are also customisable upon request.
