Moxtek FTC 200 Source Controller
Power, Control, and Monitor Miniature X-ray Tubes
The FTC-200 Source Controller powers, controls, and monitors all Moxtek® miniature x-ray sources. The FTC-200 controller provides input power to the high voltage power supply and allows the operator to adjust the high voltage and emission current settings on the x-ray source.
The FTC-200 X-ray Tube Controller is designed to power, control, and monitor miniature X-ray tubes. The controller contains all of the necessary electronics to operate the high voltage power supply. It provides input power to the high voltage power supply and controls the high voltage and emission current settings of the tube. The FTC-200 Controller includes built-in meters for convenient monitoring and display of the high voltage and emission current.

- Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) – Displays monitor values for HV, firmware versions, power supply information, and source operating parameters
- “Set Point” button
- “HV Enable” – Control the HV
- Computer control capability using RS232 connector – Provides capability to interlock the test chamber to remotely control electronics
- “X-rays On” safety light feature – Provides a 5 volt output for triggering detector or shutter electronics
- AUX source connector – Interlock control, external x-ray lamp control, tube AUX power
- Programmable from 7V to 14V @ 3A
- Programmable for operating all analogue input power supplies currently available at Moxtek

- Displays current source status voltage /current monitor and set point
