Xenics Cheetah InGaAs Camera
Ultra High Speed InGaAs Camera
The Cheetah-640CL camera is the fastest InGaAs infrared camera in the world. The camera has been designed for applications where high speed imaging matters – whether this be adaptive optics, on-line high-speed spectral analysis or tracking of fast and hot objects.
APPLICATIONS:
- Adaptive optics/wavefront sensing
- High speed tracking
- Thermal imaging of fast or hot objects
- Oil electro-coalescence research for crude oil purification
- Optical coherence tomography
A selection of Cheetah variants is possible. As with most of Xenics SWIR cameras, a vSWIR option extends the wavelength into the visible realm (0.5 – 1.7 μm). For low light level imaging and spectroscopy applications, a well-suited version with TE-3 cooling achieves ultra-low dark current at long integration times.
FEATURES
- Fastest InGaAs camera on the market

Industrial Automation
In industry today, reliability and accuracy are crucial issues to cut costs and increase productivity and quality. Xenics infrared cameras are an important monitoring and control tool for continuous, real-time and on-line infrared imaging in production and plant processes
Thermography
Thermography is an imaging technique used to display the surface temperature of objects. Therefore the thermal change of individual components can be monitored and analyzed. Xenics thermography cameras can easily be adapted to different operating conditions.
