Site Controlled Quantum Emitters
Quantum Dot Day aims to bring together researchers working on quantum optics, spectroscopy, spin physics, transport, devices and applications, synthesis and growth of semiconductor quantum dots, and defect centre-based quantum emitters in diamond, Silicon Carbide, III Nitrides, and other material systems. This year there will be a focussed session to discuss the latest progress towards achieving site control of quantum emitters – as well as sessions on more general developments in quantum emitter science and technology.
There will be opportunities to discuss research and to develop collaborations. This meeting will be the latest in a series of highly successful workshops previously held in Bristol, Lancaster, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Imperial College, Nottingham, Manchester, and University College London.

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more.
Included in the registration fee is access to the sessions, lunch and refreshments.
