What does this mean for you as a user of a Microsense VSM?
For any service case which needs a repair, hardware or spare parts, this will be handled by Microsense directly respectively by the new Microsense representative. From a legal point of view Microsense will take over responsibility for service and warranty cases. MicroSense is currently training the new representative.
