Moxtek Mid to High Powered Sources
High Energy Imaging Applications
Moxtek is a manufacturer of x-ray sources for both handheld and bench-top XRF instruments which have many desired functional characteristics.
High energy imaging in a compact package. Mox140G is a complete X-ray source that is ideally configured at:
High energy imaging applications (140kV) compact (3.5in x 3.5in x 5in) lite weight (1.9kb) package.
Side window tubes have approximately 30% higher x-ray flux compared to end window tubes, which helps in applications that rely on counting low numbers of photons, such as X-Ray Diffraction (XRD).
For more information, please view our datasheet or contact us.
Whilst there are off-the-shelf X-ray sources available, with default windows and target materials, as shown in the below tables, all of these sources are also customisable upon request.
CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
- Cone beam window or Fan beam window
- 120kV or 140kV
