Tomocube HT Series 3D Holographic Microscopy
Holographic high resolution imaging for cell biology
TomoCube’s HT Series is a ground breaking new high-speed, best in class microscope designed to let researchers view live cells using holographic microtomography technology. One of the world’s first microscopes of its kind, the TomoCube HT Series delivers non-invasive, real-time quantitative data with the highest resolution on the market today.
HT-1 Label-free holographic high resolution imaging for cell biology. Quantitative label-free high resolution live imaging is an exciting new technology that negates the need for using fluorescent markers in your sample. Using refractive index to segment desired objects in your cell, you can rapidly acquire morphological, chemical and mechanical data in 3D.
HT-2 is the world’s first microscope combining both holotomography and 3D fluorescence imaging in one unit. The benefits of using low laser power for holotomography imaging with intermittent fluorescent imaging allows the benefits of low-dose in combination with the specificity of fluorescent labelling.
Fluorescent labels can also be used as a standard control to confirm that the holotomography is in agreement with labelling that is more familiar. The HT-2 is also an excellent fluorescent microscope without holotomography and can be used in conjunction with the Tomostudio deconvolution software to give you excellent wide-field fluorescent images.
